These terms and conditions define our rights and obligations towards our customers.
By making a reservation with My Flex Limo, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions. Furthermore, you provide explicit authorization for My Flex Limo to charge your credit card in its entirety for all charges associated with your reservation. This includes but is not limited to, charging your credit card in full if you are marked as a no-show or for any charges related to vehicle cleaning or damage. The service is considered provided once the cancellation period is reached, regardless of whether you board the vehicle or not.
My Flex Limo Waiting Time
Waiting time charges may be applicable after the complimentary waiting time expires. For international flights, the first 60 minutes are complimentary, and any additional waiting time is billable. For domestic flights, the initial 45 minutes are free, with extra waiting time being billable. Private residence and hotel pickups include a free 20-minute waiting period, and any additional waiting time is billable.
My Flex Limo updates flight arrival times with a correct flight number or tail number, but the accuracy depends on the information provided by the airline or passenger(s).
Waiting time charges apply to ‘Meet and Greet’ services at the airport. For all ‘Meet and Greet’ services, please make sure to let us know when you complete your reservation.
For airport arrival reservations, being considered a no-show occurs after 45 minutes (60 minutes for international arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past the flight’s arrival time. Failure to meet the chauffeur or contact MyFlex Limo at 203-252-4080 by phone within this timeframe will result in a full charge for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, please refrain from leaving your location without contacting us by phone.
MY Flex Limo Deposit
To secure all reservations, a credit card is required. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
My Flex Limo Cancellation Policy
My Flex Limo mandates that cancellations for all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full charge will be incurred. Clients who are no-shows or neglect to call in advance to cancel reservations will be subject to the full fare amount.
My Flex Limo Surcharges
It is important to be aware that the prices presented during the reservation process are solely estimates. Additional charges, such as those for waiting time, extra stops, parking, and early/late pick-up, may be applicable. The final charges for the entire trip will be determined and assessed upon the completion of the ride.
